Here is a great post on getting back to eating whole foods… not full of chemicals and not processed.
Can we get back to basics and stop living at full throttle? Can we stop running and start savoring?
Why do we take our health for granted?
I know too many of us who have had to do radical things to get back to health rather than learn to be health….
So what’s it going to be radical or real?
Peace, Jen

Here is another example…. it took a serious illness to wake some of us up… will you learn from our story?
I have been eating organic whole food this year and it has made a significant on my health and well being. It is an odd sensation. Not reaching for processed “easy” food an choosing to make things from scratch.
Thanks for the affirmation~

I think we need to support each other in slowing down, being present, savoring, knowing what quality is, breathing, etc.
My dad is a hospice volunteer now and is learning how to “be” with his patients… too many of us wait until we’re sick or almost-over-the-edge stressed before we seek out ways to slow down and live.
I’d rather live my life slowly, mindfully, health-fully, and wisely than to hurry to just before the finish line and have the last part be miserable.
It’s not easy but it gives me great ease when I’m not popping pills to keep my head from feeling like it’s going to explode… 🙂
Keep up the great work and hopefully you’ll be a model to everyone around you!
Peace, Jennifer
