I have done more good for myself by watching what foods and beverages I injust! I try to stay really mindful of what’s in labels (though I eat very little if any processed food any more). And I think that has made a huge difference. So has decrease my intake of cheese, pasta, and bread.
I cannot believe the decrease in headaches, increased amount of clear thinking, and overall good days since I became more mindful of these things.
I went to the doctor a few weeks ago and when I said I had a previous diagnosis of roseacea, he thought I was crazy. You wouldn’t know because of how I modify my diet and stay away from things that are irritating and that cause inflammation.
Life is too short to let things like these ruin my quality of life and my health!
